RIP Michael Jackson

I send my condolences and prayers to the Jackson family I pray that they have the strength to get through this tragic time. Depsite what may have went on in his personal life you can not deny the fact that he was one of the greatest entertainers of all times.

I remember being about 12 years old and me and my mother (RIP) was watching the motown 25 special on TV where Michael Jackson did the moon walk live on stage. I was screaming and clapping and my mother said "that boy is BAD", and yes he was.

I also remember my elementary school days and every year right before school would break for summer we would have a talent show and get to watch a movie. Every year that movie was Michael Jackson's Thriller video and someone always song a Michael Jackson, or Janet Jackson song at our talent shows. I also remember when Michael was so popular that regular broadcasting TV shows would be interrupted to premier his new videos. It was great!

I am glad I gave my children the opportunity to see his movies and music videos, even though he was before their time my two year old daughter loves to hear his music.

If you listen to the words of Michael Jackson songs he was a very positive, loving and caring person.

I love you Michael Jackson, you will truly be missed-BUT your music will live on forever and a day.
