Bicyclist struck in hit-and-run in downtown Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS - A bicyclist was struck in a hit-and-run crash in downtown Indianapolis on Tuesday morning, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.




Officers were dispatched at 7:23 a.m. to E Washington St. on a report of a hit-and-run.




Upon arrival to the scene, officers met the cyclist who they claim "refused" medical attention.




The driver was in a pickup truck, with no other information available.
