(Atlanta, GA) - Ray Lavender has been named the official headliner for the 7 year concert series, TIME 2 SHINE. Brought to you by MuLegend, CEO of Urban Female Entertainment, Ray Lavender along with several local known and favorites will perform Thursday, November 8th, 2012 at Josephine Lounge (6325 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30360).
