Forgive People Who Hurt You And Give Them A Second Chance With Boundaries .
Sometimes it is so easy to stay angry with a person for whatever they did to hurt you. Life is about progression, you cannot continue to progress when you hold on to negative feelings about a person. Those exact same negative feelings are holding you back from the better version of yourself. We all make mistakes and we deserve forgiveness. If a person hurt you, forgive them and give them the benefit of the doubt of possibly changing (because people can change). Try viewing them as a new person, instead of holding on to a previous version of who they once were. However do not be "boo boo" the fool twice. Be mindful of why things happened the way they did, and create a new relationship with the person who hurt you and set boundaries for yourself and forgive the person as well as forgiving yourself.
We all deserve happiness and a lighter spirit.
