I recently heard some news of one of my peers who for the last decade has been having a series of dynamic and mind-blowing successes... Although I was happy for them, I had to fight the urge to compare my life to theirs...
Then I remembered a piece of wisdom that I once gave a friend. Before one goes too far looking at another person's life, it is important to get centered and start thinking clearly. You never know what trials and tribulations that another person has had to endure. I wasn't designed for anybody else's set of life parameters other than those of my own... God created me uniquely in His likeness and image for a particular assignment in this universe that only I can perform... The same is true for each of us... I wouldn't want your set of life parameters and you definitely wouldn't want mine! RUN YOUR OWN RACE... GO GET IT!!!
