Often times we get so caught up in our everyday lives of our profession, family, friends and more, that we lose focus of ourselves. We get caught in a rut and don't even know we're there.
Today I decided to professionally re-evaluate myself; Who I was, what I was doing and how I could do it any better. I realized I still was a business manager and that's all I ever wanted to be, but I got caught up in what others wanted me to be and expected of me. All of a sudden I had these additional talents and responsibilities and I was all stressed out and overwhelmed. So I had to search for me again and realized yes I have grown and matured professionally and personally and it was time for an upgrade.
My conclusion, I am a business manager, my umbrella of experiences and knowledge cover a wide spectrum of professions, concepts and ideals. Ultimately, I enjoy assisting in any way I can, inspiring, directing, advising any and all people into the right direction.
Live your own dream; don't get caught up living someone else's.
