After catching slack from the right-wing politicians over his visit to Cuba, rapper Jay-Z released a song titled, 'Open Letter' which got folks to talking. The song reached all the way to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and during a press junket, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney addressed the matter.
