Michael Jackson and Tupac These are random thoughts I've had over the past week:
Michael Jackson has been dead for over two months. At what point will this news story die? Will Mike outlast Tupac in unreleased material?
Chris Brown can't "remember" whuppin Rihanna's ass. Do you think if I slapped and choked the sh!t out of him I could get him to remember?
A man at a Walmart in Stone Mountain Georgia tells a mother to shut her crying child up or he will. A few minutes later, he grabs the 2-year-old girl and slaps the sh!t out her 4 or 5 times. Based off of what I told you, can you tell me what color the man and the victim were? If this were your child being slapped sh!tless, would you just stand by or would you Chris Brown his ass?
Gerald Levert, Anna Nicole Smith, Michael Jackson and now DJ AM. All have died from prescription drug overdoses. Who are these people's doctors? Please let me know so I can stay clear of them.
Omarosa, Rev Run, Hammer, Mase, Pebbles. Are we happy that they made their money and then turned to the pulpit or are we concerned that they are trying to stay famous in some capacity at the same time taking "tithes and offerings"?
Am I the only person irritated by the fact that Tiny and Toya AND Frankie and Neffie have number one rated shows on BET, but I can't see any Black music history shows on that channel? Why I do have to go to VH1 SOUL to see a documentary on Sam Cooke?!?!?
Speaking of BET. Now that punk ass Bob Johnson has sold out to Viacom, don't you think it's time they changed the name to White Owned Television?
Are Flava Flav and Frankie sister and brother or worse... they had sex and created Keyshia Cole?
Fellas, does it scare you to know that in 30 years, Keyshia will look like Frankie or worse Flav? Send Blog · Share on Facebook · Bookmark on Delicious | Posted by ladawna828

At some point of time we have all set some unrealistic goals...like being the next Halle Berry or Michael Jordan. I'm not saying you can't meet your goal, but realistically you won't be that person, however you can emulate their success. I have a lot of wants...most of them overshadow my needs, but I feel my wants are just as important. One of my goals is to place myself in a strong financial position where I can satisfy my wants and needs..Independently! As I look back into my childhood, I was surrounded by strong women who are highly educated and wanted nothing but the best of the best for their family! With that being said, there goal for us was to complete a bachelors and masters degree at minimum, then secure a job....a house....travel....get married...and then children. Well...I'm not too far off! Completed my Bachelors...Masters will be complete in December...preparing for the LSAT...I travel a little bit....and I guess the rest will come. So, what am I babbling about??? I am absolutely scared! I will be 30 years old in four months!!! I feel like I won't be able to complete all my goals, dreams and aspirations in a timely fashion. Where did the time go? Wait...I know! I was so concerned about the job aspect, I forgot about my personal goals! So between the age of 30 and 40...I have a lot of stuff to do...but it won't be unrealistic! Peace and Blessings!
~L Send Blog · Share on Facebook · Bookmark on Delicious Multi-platinum artist Ginuwine broke onto the scene in the ...90s and garnered a fan base of females thanks to his smooth tenor vocals, sexy lyrics, and infectious tracks.
The fact that he makes women swoon didn't hurt either. Ginuwine's debut album, titled "The Bachelor," released his first hit single, "Pony," which saturated the airwaves in 1996 as he and producer Timbaland became a hit duo.
Now, "the bachelor" is a married man, with children. And with five albums and a few hits and collabos later, the showman is prepping a new disc called "A Man's Thoughts."
"I wanted something that would intrigue people," he said of the new album's title. "I did about 40 songs and once I started picking the songs I wanted to be on the CD, it kind of all tied into a man's thoughts – how a man thinks and how a man does things in certain situations."
However intriguing the CD title or the music of the new disc, the latest buzz on Ginuwine has not been about his forthcoming album. In early March, reports surfaced that Ginuwine and actress LisaRaye – who stars in his "Last Chance" video from the forthcoming disc – were snuggled up in a restaurant in Beverly Hills. The story was soon revealed as bogus and perhaps even a publicity stunt set up by "other people."
"The media really takes things and runs with it," he said of the wild reports of kissing and hanging at a hotel with his longtime friend. "I just didn't know that it was like that now. I've been out the game for a while, but I'm no stranger lies or the paparazzi, but for them to just say things just like that, without actually knowing what's going on, was really amazing to me."
Ginuwine confessed to EUR's Lee Bailey that he thinks LisaRaye is a beautiful girl, but explained that the two were never an item.
"I admire her and I admire her work, but we were never together. We were doing a video and that's really it. I don't even know where it came from."
He said that in addition to never wanting to lose the...click to continue reading
