Creative Director Clay West, in association with Billboard Chart-Topping & Multi-Platinum producer Jamal "Polow da Don" Jones (Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Usher, Fergie, Mary J. Blige, Ciara, Ludacris, Keri Hilson etc.) his record label Zone 4 Inc., and non-profit organization Foundation F.O.C.U.S. will host the 8th Annual "Celebration 4 A Cause: Where Music Meets Fashion For A Cure" benefit Wednesday December 23rd, 2015 at 7:00PM at the historic King Plow Art Gallery (887 W. Marietta St NW, Building J, Atlanta GA 30318) in the heart of the newly-developed design district in West Midtown.
This service-driven evening will feature performances and appearances from American Idol's Candice Glover, Missy Elliott's protégé Sharaya J, Motown recording artist Malachiae Warren, in addition to Levi Johnson, N LA, Havok Jones, Sonya Williams and more! Foundation F.O.C.U.S. will be collecting clothes, coats, clothes, and toiletries for the homeless during the holiday season.
To help further the cause, F.O.C.U.S. will be hosting C4AC free of charge with a $20 minimum suggested donation. The V.I.P. reception and red carpet begins at 7:00PM complete with an open bar courtesy of D'Ussé. The fashion show begins at 8:30PM and includes presentations from J. Loren, Carlos Wayne, Ella & Eman, Kings Clothing, Publik Trust, Anne Mitchell & Benenate collections.
"This was a tough year for us financially, but through the help of our esteemed network and the man upstairs, we were able to pull off something nice for our city and continue our tradition of changing lives through this powerful and organic movement," said founder Clay West. The purpose of this benefit is to help bring cancer awareness center stage, especially in urban communities where the epidemic is most devastating.

Over the A3C/BET Hip Hop Awards Weekend, Black Celebrity Giving, Hip Hop Gives Back , Respect Magazine, The Resource Guild and Art on the Wall hosted the Official Art of Giving Art Exhibit Launch and Panel Discussion at Studio No.7. "The Art of Giving - How Hip Hop Changed the World" series presented the perfect opportunity to artistically pay homage to Hip Hop Change Makers whose philanthropic accomplishments have positively shaped the world we live in today. A one-of-a-kind exhibit blending the love for art and the importance of social change, while shining a positive light on the hip hop community. The exhibit's goal is to inspire, motivate, educate, entertain, and bring awareness to people of various backgrounds about Hip Hop's positive impact globally, as well as shed light on various cultural issues. The panel discussion moderated by *Jasmine Crowe* (Black Celebrity Giving) and included panelist: Shanti Das (Press Reset Ent/The Hip Hop Professional), *Dubelyoo* (Visual Artist/Co-Creator of Art, Beats + Lyrics), *Ant Marshall *(Curator/Co-Creator of The Lyricist Lounge Show on MTV), *Richard Dunn* (The Muddy Water Group), *Konata "DJ Knotts" Nicholson* (Co-Founder Hip Hop Gives Back), *Adell Henderson* (Chief Editor - Respect Magazine) included a discussion spanning from how hip hop can give back more through the art form, to how art is influenced by music. #HHGB Our 3rd Annual and 2015 Feed-A-Family program was a success! Last Wednesday, Thanksgiving eve #HHGBFoundation, @iamclassichiphop, @savagefampro delivered catered Thanksgiving dinners prepared with love by @FoodByFeliciaOfficial to the Thomasville Center of Hope Boys and Girls Club! The dinners were for four families in need whose children were members at the club. Thanks to online giving, fundraising spots on @IAmClassicHipHop spots and in-person donations at last month's @thebarexam a wonderfully prepared Thanksgiving dinner was provided to the families. Special thanks again to Coach Ele Reed the center president for providing the opportunity and for giving so much of himself to the youth and community.
