DURING THE JOURNEY OF EATING MORE HEALTHY I THOUGHT RESEARCHING THE FOODS I CONSUME WOULD BE PROFITABLE FOR OVERALL SUCCESS. LISTED BELOW ARE SOME FOODS THAT ARE GOOD FOR YOU HOWEVER NOT GOOD FOR YOU DURING CERTAIN TIMES OF THE DAY.

KNEW THAT WHAT YOU EAT DURING VARIOUS HOURS CAN HAVE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EFFECTS ON YOUR BODY? I SURE DIDN'T SO THIS IS WHAT I FOUND OUT

***BANANA'S- CONSUME DURING LUNCH HOURS IT STRENGTHS IMMUNE SYSTEM AND IMPROVES SKIN. IF ITS CONSUMED AT DINNER TIME IT MAY LEAD TO MUCUS FORMATION AND DISTURB YOUR DIGESTION.

***APPLES- CONSUME FOR BREAKFAST IT HAS PECTIN WHICH LOWERS BLOOD SUGARS AND CHOLESTEROL LEVELS. DON'T CONSUME DURING DINNER HOURS AS THE PECTIN IS HARD TO DIGEST AT NIGHT AND IT INCREASES YOUR STOMACH ACID.
YOGURT SHOULD BE EATEN AT DINNER TIME. THAT'S RIGHT! IT HELPS IN FASTER DIGESTION OF DINNER AND CURBS THOSE LATE NIGHT CRAVINGS. DON'T EAT FOR BREAKFAST! IT MAKED THE EMPTY STOMACH VERY ACIDIC AND CAN UTLIMATLY HAVE ADVERSE EFFECTS AND DAMAGER YOUR STOMACH LINING! WHO KNEW?

 **TOMATOES- EAT FOR BREAKFAST. IT IMPROVES DIGESTION AND INCREASES YOUR METABOLISM SETS IT UP FOR THE BEGINNING OF YOUR DAY. DON'T CONSUME FOR DINNER AS THE PECTIN AND OXALIC ACID IN TOMATOES CAN CAUSE STOMACH SWELLING WHICH IS NOT GOOD TO EAT IN THE LATER HOURS OF THE DAY.

***RICE- EAT IT FOR LUNCH.IT GIVES YOU GREAT ENERGY FOR THE WHOLE DAY!  DON'T EAT AT DINNER AS IT IS ANOTHER FOOD THAT SITS HEAVY AND CAUSES WEIGHT GAIN IN THE LATER(LESS ACTIVE) HOURS OF THE DAY.

***MEAT-EAT FOR LUNCH. IT IS A GREAT SOURCE OF IRON,REDUCES FATIGUE AND VULNERABILTY TO DISEASES. IF CONSUMED AT DINNER TIME IT CAN DAMAGE YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM AS IT TAKES AROUND 4-6 HOURS TO FULLY DIGEST.

***ORANGES-EAT AS A SNACK BUT NOT FOR BREAKFAST. IT IMPROVES DIGESTION AND INCREASES YOUR METABOLISM HOWEVER EATING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH CAN CAUSE STOMACH IRRATATION AND GAS.

***DARK CHOCOLATE-YES I SAID CHOCOLATE! EAT FOR BREAKFAST! IT PROVIDES ANTI OXIDANTS WHICH REDUCE AGING AND DECREASES THE RISK OF HEART DISEASE. DON'T SNACK ON IT, AS THEY CAN INCREASE BODY FAT IF YOU EAT TOO MUCH.


HOPE THIS HELPS YOU LIKE IT HAS HELPED ME. I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN EATING EVERYTHING BACKWARDS BUT NOW THIS HELPS PUT ME ON TRACK. I CERTAINLY HOPE IT HELPS YOU TOO!
