What about your inquiry?

What about your inquiry?

Congratulations!!! You are having a a special event and now you are in the process of looking for your vendors. If it's a large event such as a wedding, sweet 16, mitzvah, etc. the entertainment can be one of the most important choices you make other than the venue, food and perhaps your dress or other attire. If you're having a smaller event the choices you make are still important as you want the best for you and your guests but maybe not as urgent. You want the right company or person that will fit your needs and budget and so you start to research and inquire some companies and maybe even friends and acquaintances about their services. It is very important to you to get that follow up and answers that you seek, such as availability and pricing. What some don't understand is that it is equally important for you as the inquirer to follow up as well. You have asked of us to give you information and maybe even meet with you at an office, your home or a convenient location. We as the vendor have taken that time out specifically for you, given you the information and hopefully have provided you with as much information as you request and need to be able to make a decision regarding your event. If you have further questions you would like an answer back to those questions, you would like to be responded to, but so do we as a company. If you put out an inquiry and get a response back, please respond back yourself so we as vendors know whether we fit your needs. The vendor may be out of your price range, perhaps they may not be the right fit or you may have found another in the interim, but as you would like a response back, so would the vendor. We do our very best to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner and if we don't get a response back we will follow up. When we get an inquiry for an event date that we are not available for, that would be the first response you will get from us and we will refer you to other vendors that may be available as a courtesy. With so many ways of communicating it is easy to disregard but event easier to respond with a thank you but.....
