5 Steps to Writing Out Your Goals and Making it Happen

If you know me I'm all about having vision boards, goal sheets, practicing daily affirmations and simply having a goal and accomplishing them. Some people struggle with writing down their goals but I have some basic steps on how simple it can bee. Here are my steps on how you can make it happen.

A Napkin/Your Phone

Sometimes when I'm at Starbucks or dining alone at a cafe I write down a goal that pops up in my head on a napkin or on my phone.

When I was at E! News whenever I would get discouraged or feel shitty about myself I would write down on a sticky note where I see myself in the future and stick it in my purse. It's funny because I just found all the sticky notes the other day.

A whiteboard

During the summer I would write on one side my monthly goals and YouTube subscribers goal numbers. Then on the other side would write down my daily goals for Monday through Friday. I actually just hit 2,500 this week! Yay!


10 year Plan

Back in 2014, I wrote down my 10-year plan on a Word document and it's crazy how much I've actually accomplished all my goals within 2015-2017.


Vision Boards

When I was working at Extensions Plus the office let me have a whole bunch of magazines and I went home and cut out visuals in the magazine and started creating vision boards.
