Blac Chyna On Sex Tape Leak Nightmare: "Your Guess Is As Good As Mine"
Vixen Blac Chyna's clueless when it comes to the logistics behind her sex tape going viral. The hip-hop model couldn't avoid paparazzi this week and broke her silence on the x-rated footage reaching millions.
Approached by a paparazzo, Chyna offered a little insight about the footage and said she would rely on her legal muscle to handle the situation.
Chyna was out in L.A. - the first time we've seen her since the video of her and her ex-bf, Mechie, doing the deed - and she said she's trying to let her lawyers handle the crisis. As for how the video got out ... she says, "Your guess is as good as mine." There was buzz a second video - a way more graphic one - was out on the Internet, but we broke the story ... it's not BC. Still, she isn't exactly ruling out the possibility of another video being out there somewhere. (TMZ)
Last week, Chyna's attorney Walter Mosley explained why they hadn't yet filed a police report on the sex tape crime.
Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley told Page Six on Tuesday that because it’s a “high-profile case,” they had to schedule an appointment with an LAPD detective from the “proper unit” in order to file a report. Page Six has learned that her appointment would be with the robbery-homicide unit, as that’s the division that deals with sexual assaults. “There are a lot of different agencies that are involved in this and it’s a high-profile matter, too,” Mosley said of the delay. “It will be done this week.” (Page Six)
A few days ago, Mosley went to Instagram to speak on Chyna's horrific situation.
We have to change this culture of abuse and assault against women. Today’s post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend. Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not. Men ... we have to do better. I’m tired of telling my clients to not make videos because the men will put them out later. It’s like I’m telling them not to wear short skirts because you’re going to entice a man to rape you. #smh And like most rapes, these betrayals often come from those most close to us. So today I’m saying, men we need to do better. We need to tell each other to do better. We need to stop sharing these videos with each other in the club, at the barbershop or (and especially) online. It is a morally corrupt action, which is (at least in California) criminal. Maybe it is time to set an example. #blacchyna
