Chance The Rapper & DeRay Mckesson Want Bill Maher Gone After N-Word Disaster [Video]
Chicago's Chance The Rapper and DeRay Mckesson are done with veteran comedian Bill Maher. The duo have called for the end of his long-running "Real Time With Bill Maher" HBO talk show.
Both Chance and DeRay hopped on Twitter to address Maher following a controversial N-word incident.
But really, @BillMaher has got to go. There are no explanations that make this acceptable. pic.twitter.com/K5XlEjekQ9

Maher has since issued a statement and apologized for his offensive comment.
"Friday nights are always my worst night of sleep because I'm up reflecting on the things I should or shouldn't have said on my live show," he said. "Last night was a particularly long night as I regret the word I used in the banter of a live moment. The word was offensive and I regret saying it and am very sorry." (NJ)
Last night, Maher shocked the world after using an N-word reference on his late night talk show with Republican of Nebraska Senator Ben Sasse.
When Mr. Sasse said this did not happen in his state, Mr. Maher said, "I've got to get to Nebraska more." Mr. Sasse replied: "You're welcome. We'd love to have you work in the fields with us." Mr. Maher said: "Work in the fields? Senator, I'm a house n*gger. No, it's a joke." (New York Times)
