JAY-Z & 21 Savage's First-Week Projections Revealed (Issa Takeover For Young Hov)
Music mogul JAY-Z and 21 Savage are going to enjoy nice first-week sales. The hip-hop stars' latest solo offerings are expected to push out major numbers in their opening seven days.
Based on early estimates, Young Hov's 4:44 is easily going to outsell Sav's new ISSA album.
After mounted anticipation, JAY's 4:44 finally arrived this week on major retail outlets like iTunes and Amazon.
Both Apple Music and Amazon Music Unlimited announced tonight they would be streaming the album beginning at midnight on 7/7. The music video for "The Story of O.J." is also available on both services, as well as on YouTube. Universal Music confirmed that physical copies of the 4:44 album would include three additional bonus tracks, "Adnis," "Blue's Freestyle/We Family" and "ManyFacedGod," which reportedly features U.K. R&B singer James Blake. CDs will be available via Amazon beginning 7/7. (HITS Daily Double)
JAY's physical versions feature his daughter Blue Ivy Carter flexing her vocal skills.
Blue Ivy makes her captivating debut in "Blue's Freestyle/We Family." We'll keep it real - it's hard to tell what she's saying but it's still pretty freaking awesome how she keeps that beat on point. You can clearly hear her rap, "boom shakalaka" and "Never seen a ceiling in my whole life." (TMZ)
Over the last 48 hours, 21 Sav's ISSA has received a variety of celebrity co-signs.
