JAY-Z's TIDAL Experiencing "Virtually No Growth", Kanye West & Meek Mill Play Key Roles?

Music mogul JAY-Z's TIDAL streaming giant is reportedly having a tough push in grabbing new subscribers. Reports claim Young Hov's popular entertainment platform has had little growth in its third year.

A new report suggests a publicized fallout with former TIDAL minority owner Kanye West and a decision to put out Meek Mill's Wins & Losses for free-99 may play key roles.

Last month, JAY-Z exclusively hooked up TIDAL subscribers with bonus content from his 4:44 album.

In early July, buzz developed about Kanye cutting major ties with JAY's TIDAL.

JAY-Z's former collaborator threatens to break his deal with the streaming service following a financial dispute. Update 7/6/17 at 12:00 p.m EST: A source close to Kanye West has confirmed that Tidal's exclusivity rights have been terminated based on what is alleged to be Tidal's failure to honor its financial obligations. On "Kill Jay-Z," Jigga does not mince words to dish out his issues with Ye.

Back in November, Kanye publicly singled out JAY-Z during a concert.
