Top Dawg Entertainment's Kendrick Lamar might have some low-key love for the UFC. The hip-hop star came through for Dana White and his son's 16th birthday party.
New footage has emerged of K. Dot linking up at the UFC president's event to perform.
The UFC honcho booked Kendrick Saturday for his son's 16th birthday party at the Brooklyn Bowl in Vegas. We're told about 300 people were in attendance ... but it really seemed like a straight up concert from the looks of this footage shot inside. Kendrick is one of the hottest artists in the game right now, so getting him to play a show - let alone a private one - probably doesn't come easy. Yet, one way or another ... Dana sealed the deal. Recently, Migos' Takeoff named Kendrick one of the greatest rappers out right now.
"I would give it to 3K. Andre," Offset said before Takeoff responded with "Kendrick Lamar." Quavo then added "My man Jay Z is the greatest rapper right now. Straight up. You can't mess with Jay when it's time to come and play." (NME)
Last month, NBA star Damian Lillard called Kendrick Lamar the modern day 2Pac.
