Kim Kardashian Dragged For Blackface-Looking Pic, Kanye West's Responds: "I Was Really Tan"
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian isn't trying to offend anyone. The curvy entertainer has come forward to address some backlash she's received over a recent blackface-looking pic.
In a new interview, Kim came clean on her new shots looking darker than her skin complexion.
"I would obviously never want to offend anyone. I used an amazing photographer and a team of people. I was really tan when we shot the images, and it might be that the contrast was off. But I showed the image to many people, to many in the business. No one brought that to our attention. No one mentioned it. Of course, I have the utmost respect for why people might feel the way they did. But we made the necessary changes to that photo and the rest of the photos. We saw the problem, and we adapted and changed right away. Definitely I have learned from it." (NY Times)
Earlier this month, Kim K sparked some major attention courtesy of a beauty advertisement.

As of late, Kim has continued to promote her beauty line with some toned down pics.
This past weekend, Kardashian made sure to show husband Kanye West some major Father's Day love.
