Lil Wayne's First Post-Hospital Pic Surfaces: "Healthy & We Making Some Hits"

Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne is doing much better than good. The hip-hop star has bounced back from a publicized seizure and hospitalization.

Producer Scott Storch jumped on Instagram Thursday (September 7) with an in-studio shot of Wayne.

This week, Young Money manager Cortez Bryant updated fans on Wayne's health.

"He a workaholic thats what got him to where his is now man. He's epileptic thats the reality of it. So it's something we know we'll have to deal with the rest of his life. [Lean usage?] It has nothing to do with any of those other things. He's an epileptic. It's a disease he has to deal with. It might not be the last time we see Lil Wayne have a seizure." (TMZ)

This past holiday weekend, footage surfaced of Wayne performing prior to his hospitalization.

Weezy had a show Friday night in St. Petersburg, Florida and another one Saturday just outside Chicago in Hammond, Indiana. We spoke with people who were backstage at each show, and they all said the same thing ... Weezy seemed healthy and arrived on time for both gigs. (TMZ)
