Nelly's Alleged Rape Case Evidence Surfaces, St. Lunatic Told Cops He Went In Unprotected (Really Th
St. Louis rapper Nelly is really out here putting his life on the line. New reports claim alleged evidence from his publicized rape case have gone public.
According to reports, both surveillance videos and pics have emerged months after the alleged attack.
The evidence includes surveillance videos - showing Nelly and the accuser, Monique Greene, leaving the Seattle nightclub where they met, getting on his tour bus ... and also the moment when she leaves the bus and calls police to report the alleged rape. The police docs include Nelly and Greene's versions of what went down on the bus, and they're vastly different. Nelly told police their sex - oral and vaginal - was consensual, and Greene had removed her own clothing. He says he did not use a condom, but also said he did not ejaculate. He claimed Greene only got upset because she thought he was involved with one of his dancers, who was also on the bus at the time. (TMZ)
Last month, attorney Scott Rosenblum spoke out on victim Monique Green suing Nelly.
Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, tells TMZ ... "It comes as no surprise that Ms. Green filed a lawsuit against Nelly seeking money after we announced our intention to hold her accountable. We always believed her accusation was motivated by greed." He adds, Nelly plans to countersue. (TMZ)
A few days prior, Rosenblum announced Nelly's intent to go after Green with his own lawsuit."The formal close of the investigation into the false allegations made against Nelly is of course welcome - however expected. We were confident, that what our investigation revealed from the outset of this allegation would ultimately be clear and Nelly would be vindicated. A thorough investigation did show Nelly was a victim of deceitful allegation devoid of credibility. Credible evidence did show this accuser to be deceptive. We have been in constant communication with the King County authorities and welcomed and appreciated the diligence in which the authorities proceeded. Leaving no stone unturned. Nelly recognizes the need for women who are victims of sexual assault of any kind to be heard and our existing systems changed [...] However, this type of reckless false allegation cannot be tolerated as it is an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault. Nelly has suffered very real damage to his reputation. He has incurred economic loss and painfully has watched his family suffer. As a result Nelly is planning to proceed with litigation as the first step in restoring his reputation." (Statement)
Recently, rap veteran T.I. saluted Nelly for having the rape case against him dropped.
