In keeping with tradition, today we'll be highlighting three TuneCore artists, two of which landed on our radar through their "Heat Seekers" involvement. While last week shone a spotlight on the established presence of Taylor Bennett, New York's own Buddy Mylez, and the fan-favorite Futuristic, today brings Nereaux, Bobby J From Rockaway, and Bishop Neru. Be sure to act quickly - next week might bring your name to the forefront.

About TuneCore

Many independent artists wonder how to get their music on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal, and other stores. The reality is, you don’t have to be signed to a major label – all you need is a digital distributor. We recommend using industry leader TuneCore if you’re looking for a trustworthy and transparent service. For an affordable fee, TuneCore will host your album or single on all the major stores and streaming platforms. You get to keep all your rights and 100% of the sales revenue.

Bishop Neru

New York's own Bishop Neru has been deep in the game for years now, having amassed an impressive collection of material to his name. With solo releases like Emperor Nehru's New Groove, and collaborative drops like the MF DOOM assisted NehruvianDoom Bishop has proven his worth as a fixture in the underground hip-hop scene. Now, with his acclaimed two-part Elevator series behind him, Nerhu is steadily plotting his next move. Where do you want to see the young talent go next?

Nereaux

New York continues to shine as Neraux enters the fold, representing for Bushwick, Brooklyn. Though his music blends a variety of genres, including rap, punk and house music, Neraux’s inspirations are some of the greatest to ever touch a mic, including the likes of Notorious BIG, Lil Wayne, Andre 3000. Dedicating to putting his life and soul into his music, sharing both trauma and tragedy in equal measure, Neraux is looking primed to gather momentum to in the coming months.

Bobby J From Rockaway

Another born and bred New Yorker, the aptly named Bobby J From Rockaway once received a glowing co-sign from the elusive Jay Electronica. "This man right here is a bearer of witness that times are changing," proclaimed Jay, amidst a packed house of listeners. "This man has BARS!” It's not difficult to validate Electronica's assessment, as Bobby J makes sure to keep the bars coming at a pace that would cause Funkmaster Flex to slam his desk in excitement. In his new single "Walter White," Bobby J lives up to Heisenberg's legacy, spitting heat that would leave bathtubs - and Skylar's heart - a smoldering wreck.
