With a disc jockey stage name like "JustBMan, NoDJ", it would seem as if Brandon Mosley is a bit of an oxymoron. Hailing from southern Virginia, B-Man has made quite a name for himself since his start as a disc jockey. Reaching a great amount of heights at the youthful age of 22, B-Man steadily climbs to the top and strives to make an even bigger name for himself as a DJ and producer.
As a child, B-Man got his first taste of spinning records in his home, where his parents would allow him to change records on the record player. As time passed, B-Man began receiving DJ equipment from his parents, as well as many opportunities to spin records at family functions. B-Man allowed his skill to grow by DJ-ing by learning various techniques from DJ Mr. G and spinning at various events around Virginia.

When asked to name DJ's that he looked up to, B-Man quickly mentions DJ Jazzy Jeff and DJ Kid Capri, further explaining how much of an honor it would be to work with them. He continued, stressing how they impacted and helped shape him as a disc jockey. B-Man strives to not only make a greater name for himself in the realm of hip-hop, but also dabble in other genres of music. He went on to explain how hip-hop is a large field to DJ within, but when compared to larger genres, namely pop or electronica, it is relatively small. By working within other areas of music, B-Man makes moves to become a more diverse disc jockey and producer.
Outside of DJ-ing, B-Man enjoys producing hip-hop music. Although other producers have their own distinct sound and growing fame, B-Man continues to stay steadfast in his journey to become more diverse within the realm of music. Experimenting with various sounds, he is already trying to set himself apart from other producers. He further explained this by stressing the need for originality in music altogether.

In the future, B-Man plans to stay true to himself as a disc jockey and producer. Jokingly, he says he wants to "rock out" by playing a DJ set in Dubai, just for the experience. B-Man currently works in radio, working with the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as releasing daily mixes online. He has also worked alongside Biz Markie and Common, two very popular hip-hop artists. For a 23-year old, B-Man has reached great heights within music. He continuously strives for better, and with great accomplishments under his belt, his future is nothing less than bright.
