It's important to be your biggest critic when being an entrepreneur. When you can critique your own work, no one can upset you when they do it. You should always be real with yourself, and continue to set monthly goals. If you truly want success ask yourself "how bad do you really want it?". Anyone can say they want something bad, but what are they doing to get what they want? Are you setting goals and accomplishing those goals? are you researching ways you can improve when it comes to your craft? are you networking? These are questions you should always ask yourself.
My Experience: As you guys know I have a YouTube channel and lately I've been feeling discourage. Following other successful youtubers made me ask myself "what are they doing that I'm doing wrong?" I started to watch videos on ways to grow my channel and they all kept saying "consistency is key". I then had to be real with myself. I had realized I'm not that consistent, and for my channel to grow I must give my all at everything I post. I had to ask myself "how bad do you really want it?" I must get out of bad habits, and show myself I want to become successful at everything I do. I decided to put myself on a weekly schedule with my blogs and vlogs. I figured that's one way to be consistent and I can see if that truly works.
If you want something you have to work hard for what you want. Nothing in life is given to you for free. You must stop those bad habits and start making sacrifices. I'm excited to see what will happen from this.
