What up #LottoNation‼️ It's been a minute since we chopped it up. I want all of you to know that we've been goin' hard OVERTIME adding to the STREET LOTTO Brand. As you know, we released the "Levi's And CHUCKS" project in the fall of 2014. There's a song on the project entitled OOOG (Triple OG). We printed up tees to support the campaign and then it happened! Due to overwhelming response for the popular tee shirt, we were able to branch out and expand on the brand by launching OOOG Brand. At this juncture , OOOG Brand is a line which features urban apparel such as tees, hoodies, and sweats. The brand is being worn by some of entertainments best personalities and anybody else that can claim the title OOOG. In celebration of our success we've released the Spring 2015 OOOG Platinum and Gold Series. I am very humbled and blown away by the support we've been given to this point. I'd like to personally thank DJ Greg Street , Drumma Boy, Jeff Timmons , Bone Crusher, and Steve Lobel for being some of the first people in the music industry to step out on the frontline to support our efforts. Thanks to Gerald Olivary for his continued support in the trenches. Street Lotto Returns With Another Groundbreaking Release With Fourth Project "Levi's And Chucks" After achieving many a milestones in his career already, rapper Street Lotto returns with Levi's And Chucks, a 10-track project that offers a new sound he labels #MidWestCoastSouthernHipHopMusic. For this project, the Atlanta-based Cincinnati transplant partnered with Cali-based producer TWEEKBEATZ, whose past credits include songs with Snoop Dogg, Keisha Cole, Glasses Malone, Jim Jones, Crooked I and Suga Free, to name a few. The two connected when Lotto relocated to California temporarily after discovering common ground between his hometown and the Bay Area. "I grew up on all that Cali gangsta shit," he explains. "One day I was up in East Oakland for the first time, and I just looked around. It reminded me of downtown Cincinnati, the city where I was raised. Then it all made sense.It was an extension of the same city, that's why we relate with that Cali gangsta music. So instead of goin' back and forth, I just posted up for about six months and worked from that side." The trip resulted in collaborations with Daz Dillinger, Mistah F.A.B and Turf Talk. It also led to Lotto's introdution to TWEEKBEATZ. "We were working with the same people out there," Lotto recalls. "Tweek has a unique way of blending that classic Gangsta edge, and soulful feel of classic R&B, with so much polish, his tracks basically write my raps! I was finally able to totally tap into myself and my artistry. Lemme say this to ALL artist: the key is to work with somebody that understands YOU, who you are, and what you could be. The music comes together better that way. It's not uncomfortable, and it's not forced.When we colab, it's definitely a different sound. As artists, we pave our own path." I know it's been a minute since we put out new music, but we've been working on a classic!!! I been in the studio for the last 12 months with west coast super producer Tweek Beatz (@BeatzByTweek).whose credits include Keisha Cole, Glasses Malone, Jim Jones, and Game to name a few. We basically merged my midwest/southern flow over west coast beats (NO DJ Mustard). It's a classic combination that hasn't been done.
