Grass Roots Marketing Media Consulting Group, LLC (USA) and Connect Media Group (UK) will host the first ever UK leg of "F.A.M.E. the Experience" University Tour which integrates fashion, art and music with its main focus of education.

The Fashion, Art, Music, and Education (F.A.M.E.) College Tour has provided the ultimate experience to audiences throughout the USA with fresh and unbiased talent. F.A.M.E has visited various college/university campuses throughout the USA presenting designers and models within the host city the opportunity to complete the fashion segment and allowing artists to showcase their pieces of work. Finally and most importantly the tour also includes educational speakers who are invited to articulate relevant topics of the entertainment industry to the young professionals in training.

For the first time in its successful history, F.A.M.E will be crossing the Atlantic and hosting a UK leg of the tour at select Universities within the UK, in November 2010.

F.A.M.E. will be offering up to three (3) unsigned UK acts and one (1) unsigned US acts the opportunity to participate in the UK leg of the tour.

Unsigned USA & UK acts will be able to audition from June 2010 at selected cities through out the UK and USA. There will also be an online audition option available to those who can not make it to the live auditions in front of a panel of Industry executives from Konvict Muzik, Jive Records and Geffen Records.

F.A.M.E The Experience College Tour Launch Weekend. It will begin on Saturday with Independents Day at London Bistro and Ultra Lounge, this event will be a panel discussion on how to make it as an Independent Artist in the Industry. This event will be free to the public and will run from 6pm-8pm. The next event will be the F.A.M.E The Experience College Tour UK Audition Finals at Spring 4th Center. As a fan of gangster movies and mafia flicks, I was looking forward to a quality "shoot-em-up" game with 'Mafia II.' I got that and so much more. The first thing that caught my attention was the detail of the storyline in between each action segment. Trust me when I say it feels like a cross between 'The Godfather II' and 'Casino.' The characters' voiceovers are impressive due to the crisp, clean delivery provided in each segue way. The graphics are outstanding, but I expected nothing less (this is, after all, the 2nd game - time to fix the errors).

Ok, so all that's well and good but what's the downside: the lack of ambition of the main character, Vito Scaletta. As the game progresses, he seems content with being a Mafia middle man instead of seeking to rise to the top of the family, as is often depicted in mafia movies. However, if that doesn't bother you, pick this game up ASAP. It's a winner.

Bonus: Gotta love a game that allows you to pick up a copy of 'Playboy' and check out the centerfold. :)

The Jackson 5

LAS VEGAS - Jermaine Jackson, founding member of the Jackson 5 and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, performs in concert October 2, 2010, at 8 p.m. in Las Vegas at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino's Theatre of Performing Arts. Celebrating 40 years as a recording artist, Jackson will perform his fans' favorite songs and present a loving tribute in song to his brother Michael, the Jackson 5 and the Jackson family.

Jackson leads an eleven piece band, three background vocalists and six dancers in an electrifying concert that delivers such chart-topping hits as "Can You Feel It," "Let's Get Serious," "Beat It," "A-B-C," "Man In The Mirror" and "I'll Be There". Jackson's ensemble includes three of his children, Jeremy on guitar along with Autumn and Jermaine Jr. on vocals. Jackson proudly refers to his children as "the next generation of Jacksons." The band, conducted by musical director Rex Salas, will be wrapped in a multimedia presentation to include cherished Jackson family photos and videos.
