Today's Affirmation comes from my doctor.

When I almost lost my life a year ago.. I never thought that I would be the same again. Truth of the matter is I had gotten really down on myself. Every time I saw him he would say, "Jillianne repeat after me." "Everyday in every way.. I'm getting better and better in Every Way!"

He told me to repeat it daily.. and for a year I did! It's crazy, because Dr. Kelly and I have been really great friends for many years. He's always saw greatness in me, especially when I couldn't find it in myself.

I've got two words for you today..
Jehovah Jireh!

Jehovah Jireh means, "God will provide".

Many times we go through the valley. I'm talking about that dry place in our lives. Life can get hard financially. Sickness can set in. And we might even experience a great loss and endure extreme suffering. Sometimes these things happen just because Gods testing our faith.

Like when he tested Abraham to sacrifice and offer up his son of promise.. Isaac.
Abraham had waited many years to have the son that God promised him. Then in his old age God instructed him to sacrifice what he had waited on the Lord to bless him with!
