"Harlem" key art and episodic images

Fans of the hit show Harlem are in for a treat when Season 3 of the popular Prime Video series debuts. There will be (even more) magically melanated cast members as Queen Sugar star, Kofi Siriboe, Logan Browning from Dear White People, Robin Givens of Batwoman, and Snowfall alum Gail Bean will have recurring roles.

The news comes via Deadline which reports that Siriboe will take on the role of Seth, an MLB player whose confident, charming, and sweet demeanor captures the attention of one of the ladies. Browning will portray Portia, an edgy and stunning woman from Ian's (Tyler Lepley) past whose return to Harlem sparks intrigue. Givens will star as Jacqueline, Eva's no-nonsense mother while Bean will portray Eva, Jacqueline's daughter, a determined and playful venture capitalist who begins collaborating with Tye (Jerrie Johnson).

Siriboe, Browning, Givens, And Bean Will Join The Show's Original Cast Led By Meagan Good
Harlem, created by writer Tracy Oliver, is a comedic series centered around four inseparable best friends navigating life in the vibrant heart of New York City's Harlem, a bastion of Black culture in America. Meagan Good, who stars as the show's lead, Camille,  is set to return this season alongside Grace Byers who plays Quinn, Shoniqua Shandai who stars as Angie, Jerrie Johnson (Tye), and heartthrob Tyler Lepley (Ian).

Last season Camille struggled to pick up the pieces after a career explosion and romantic upheaval. Tye was yearning for genuine connections amid a bitter divorce. Quinn embarked on a quest for equilibrium amid life's tumultuous twists and turns, while Angie sought her fortune at every opportunity, striving to carve out her niche in the world. Together, these women continued to ascend as they navigated the challenges of advancing their careers, nurturing relationships, and pursuing their grand aspirations.

According to a press release, Season 3 will capture Camille and her besties, Shonique, Tye, and Quinn, "leveling up" as they try to navigate the bustling streets of Harlem.

"Tracy Oliver has built an alluring world full of style, humor, and dazzling characters, plus exceptional performances by this talented cast,"  Erin Underhill, President of Universal Television, said in a statement. "We're delighted audiences are as enamored with Harlem as we are, and we can't wait for them to experience this hilarious and memorable new season."

There's no word quite yet on when Season 3 of Harlem will debut on Amazon's streaming platform Prime Video, but we can't wait to tune in when it does hit the site. The show has been a huge success since its debut in 2021. In January, following the end of Season 2, Harlem received four NAACP Image Award nominations including one for Outstanding Comedy Series and one nod for Outstanding Actress in honor of Good's portrayal of Camille.

Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott Slams Defamatory 'DEI' Discourse, Castigates Cowardly Anti-Black Bigot
Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge Collapses After Being Struck By Cargo Ship

Here's the truth; racist white people have effectively made DEI the new n-word and Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott isn't afraid to call it like he sees it. "We know what they want to say but they don't have the courage to say the N-word," said Mayor Scott.

Source: Anna Moneymaker / Getty

On Tuesday, the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore tragically collapsed, and at least six people are presumed dead.

Reasonable human beings who are compassionate and decent are responding to the tragic news by sending their hearts out to the victims' families, checking on their B'more fam, and waiting for factual investigative updates. But there are also some deplorables who are flooding the Internet with factless conspiracy theories with no apparent regard for the people who are actually affected in reality.

Racist conservatives of the MAGA world are responding to the tragedy by stretching themselves into noose knots to find non-existent links between the bridge collapsing and policies aimed at diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Source: Anna Moneymaker / Getty

Now Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott is clapping back at racists who are floating around anti-DEI theories and insinuating that he himself is a "DEI Mayor," despite the fact that he is an elected official who won 70% of the vote in a city that is more than 60% Black, and despite the fact that seven out of the city's last eight mayors have also been Black. (Don't hold your breath waiting for them to call the next white Baltimore mayor a "DEI hire" though-it doesn't work that way.)

You're attacking the mayor of a city suffering a tragedy for saying, "We have to first and foremost pray for all of those who are impacted" and "pray for our first responders and thank them."

That's literally the whole clip.

How on Earth could you possibly take issue with this? https://t.co/C4bhAkneNT

— Andrew Bates (@AndrewJBates46) March 26, 2024

According to Mayor Scott, the crusty curmudgeons making DEI claims about him are too cowardly to say what they really mean.

"Listen, I know and we all know and you know very well that Black men and young Black men in particular have been the boogeyman for those who are racist and think that only straight wealthy white men should have a say in anything," Scott said told MSNBC's Joy Reid. "What they mean by DEI, in my opinion, is duly elected incumbent. We know what they want to say but they don't have the courage to say the N-word."

Baltimore Mayor, Brandon Scott alleges that white people employ D.E.I against him because they lack "the courage to say the N-word" and his purpose in life is to make them to "be afraid." pic.twitter.com/59NxddxNaT

— I Meme Therefore I Am ???? (@ImMeme0) March 28, 2024

For the record, it's not just Black men who are being targeted by white people's new way of spelling out the n-word in three simple letters. In fact, the same day the bridge collapsed, Utah state Rep. Phil Lyman retweeted a post from the Young Conservative Federation, which wrote in a caption accompanied by a photo of Baltimore official Karenthia A. Barber, a Black woman: "Let's meet the Commissioners for the Port of Baltimore, starting with Karenthia A. Barber. She knows nothing about Ports, but she is a 'diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) auditor and consultant.'"

Lyman captioned his post, "This is what happens when you have governors who prioritize diversity over the wellbeing and security of citizens."

This is what happens when you have Governors who prioritize diversity over the wellbeing and security of citizens. https://t.co/lSU0RDUIi7

— Phil Lyman for Governor (@phil_lyman) March 26, 2024

DEI = DIE https://t.co/8Cg5QJdAwP

— Phil Lyman for Governor (@phil_lyman) March 26, 2024

Does Lyman or the YCF have any fact-based knowledge the rest of us don't have that indicates Barber is at fault for the collapse of the bridge, or that she "knows nothing about ports?" Of course not. Racist white nonsense doesn't need to be factual, it just needs to inflame the racial resentment of white nationalists who shout "DEI" at every Black person they see sitting behind a desk, holding office, or operating a plane.

It's worth mentioning that these are the same people who accuse the gun regulation advocates of politicizing tragedies after mass shootings. It's funny how their reactionary anti-Blackness is the only thing they appear to be able to stay consistent about.

Stephen Curry Emotional & Close To Tears After Draymond Green Gets Ejected Four Minutes Into Must-Wi

Stephen Curry & Draymond Green - Source: Mike Ehrmann / Getty

Stephen Curry found himself fighting for his life (once again) after Draymond Green was ejected just four minutes into the Warriors game against Orlando.

In January Green went through one of the lowest points of his NBA career when he was suspended after a string of violent UFC-type actions on the court. After attending therapy and quieting thoughts of retirement, he returned to the league as a reported "changed man."

Unfortunately, it looks like that might not be the case his Warriors teammate Steph Curry was left on his own after Draymond was ejected four minutes into the first quarter.

Big 3 era might be over ???? pic.twitter.com/Ao7P6H1rI9

— ³° (@StephMuse_) March 27, 2024

This isn't the first time Draymond has been ejected, but this time Steph couldn't hold back his emotions and appeared to be in tears.

Despite defeating the Orland Magic 101-93, Curry used his press conference to address the situation and sounded defeated.

"We need him. He knows that. We all know that," Curry said of Green. "So whatever we need to do to keep him on the floor and be available, that's what's got to happen. Especially at this point in the year. It was a tough way to start the game."

— Anthony Slater (@anthonyVslater) March 28, 2024

Steph wasn't the only one disappointed in Draymond's actions on the court. In the post-game press conference, Coach Steve Kerr didn't defend Draymond and admitted that the Warriors player deserved the ejection.

"Too bad. It was unfortunate. He deserved it. He'll bounce back."

With the NBA finals right around the corner and the Warriors looking like a shell of their golden days the end could be near. Could the once-feared "big three"(Steph Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson) find themselves on different teams this time next year?

Come Home: Al B. Sure Sends Son Quincy A Message Following Diddy's Home Raids

Al B. Sure wants his son to know there's always another place to come back to amid some serious drama in Diddy's household.

Source: Charley Gallay / Getty

Quincy Brown's name was the talk of social media this week while fans questioned where he stands as more allegations continue to mount against his stepfather, Sean "Diddy" Combs.

The biological son of Al B. Sure and Kim Porter, Quincy has long been considered one of Combs' children due to Sure's tumultuous past relationship with his own biological children and with the late Porter. Despite his association with the Combs family, Brown has yet to speak on any of the happenings in Diddy's life as of late, so many folks are wondering where he stands.

It's hard to imagine anyone so closely associated with the Combs family is doing great right now, which seems to be exactly what Quincy's biological father is thinking. When the Bad Boy founder's Los Angeles home was raided by federal agents earlier this week, his elder sons, Justin and King Combs, were seen outside the home in handcuffs, as seen in footage from TMZ.

In response to all of the developments this week, Al B. Sure took to social media to let Quincy know he always has somewhere else to go.

"#LettertoMySon," he began in his caption. "Come Home. The??is wide open. You're safe here son!"

The singer went on to sign the post, "I Love you, Popz, Your Biological ???."

This isn't the first time Al B. has seemingly commented on Diddy's recent downfall.

Just a few days after Combs settled Cassie's sexual assault lawsuit, the singer posted a message to social media about folks with "grimy ways" who are "secretly part of shenanigans."

First, he posted an Instagram Story, not saying any names.

"Kind of, almost something like this...I do agree my expectations about you were driven strictly from my optimistic view of you, hoping your grimy ways would dissipate with age or the current state of affairs that will eventually expose that you were on the payroll and secretly part of the shenanigans. Undo the puzzle," the IG Story read, according to The Root.

DIDDY DONT YOU FUCKIN TOUCH AL B SURE AGAIN... YOU WONT KILL HIM THIS TIME AROUND! #Diddy #DiddyandCassie pic.twitter.com/SrsHKWiU7n

— ?????????KayKay???? (@MJJBMAC) November 19, 2023

Later that day, however, Sure went back onto Instagram to tell all of the people who assumed he was talking about Diddy that he wasn't the subject of his post, and he was instead talking about someone close to him that he considered family.

"I don't comment, speak on nor concern myself with court cases, the ensuing results or another man or woman's business that's not my own, no matter how closely associated my artistic posts may reflect real life," his caption read, in part. "As you can imagine, or not if you've graciously followed me on this journey from deaths bed back to health I've only spent every waking moment focused, diligently healing daily by walking in love and light in abundance minus the shenanigans."

This time around, though, it's hard to imagine his post welcoming Quincy back home has to do with anything other than Diddy.

March Madness: Utah Women's Basketball Team Switched Hotels Following Flagrantly Foul N-Word Attack

Source: Chris Gardner / Getty

March Madness is supposed to be about the wonder and excitement of college sports. Teenagers and young adults are playing on the national stage for the biggest prize in the nation and unfortunately, bigots, racists, and white supremacists want to ruin the fun.

According to an NBCNews report, the University of Utah women's basketball team was forced to switch hotels after a harrowing racist incident took place after they arrived in Idaho. The players, cheerleaders, and some band members were walking to a nearby restaurant when an unidentified person in a white pick-up truck drove by yelling "ni**er" at the group.

B-b-b-but wait, it gets worse. Upon leaving the restaurant, two more trucks approached the group and yelled "ni**er" again as they threateningly revved their engines.

Says Charmelle Green, a Black woman and Utah's deputy athletics director:

"We all just were in shock, and we looked at each other like, did we just hear that?" Green said. "We kept walking, just shaking our heads, like, 'I can't believe that.'"

"I got emotional and started to cry," Green told KSL. "I was just numb the entire night."

For those who are unaware, Idaho has a long history of racism that is largely kept alive by groups like the Aryan Nation that occupies swaths of territory in North Idaho as noted by Boise State Public Radio. Although the team was scheduled to play their NCAA Tournament game in Spokane, Washington at Gonzaga University, however, limited hotel space forced them to book rooms in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho in the northern part of the state near Spokane. In retrospect, Utah's athletic director Mark Harlan regrets boarding the team in such an environment, "We should not have been there."

Gonzaga was made aware of the incident and addressed it publicly via Twitter:

"Gonzaga University has been made aware of the racially disparaging comments made to visiting student-athletes and travel party members in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, in advance of the NCAA Women's First and Second Round Basketball Tournament games these past several days," the statement began.

"Hate speech in any form is repugnant, shameful and must never be tolerated. We worked hard to secure the opportunity to serve as the host institution, and our first priority is and must be the safety and welfare of all student-athletes, coaches, families and supporting staff.

We hope those racist truckers fall down a flight of stairs and severely injure themselves.

'Summer House: Martha's Vineyard' Exclusive: Jordan Emmanuel Talks Season 2 & Fans Missing Mariah-'W
SUMMER HOUSE: MARTHA'S VINEYARD
Summerhouse: Martha's Vineyard: Bria Fleming

A Summer House stunner is speaking on the show's second season, and fan calls for "justice" for a missing cast member.

Jordan Emmanuel is back on television screens for the sophomore edition of Summer House: Martha's Vineyard and her band of Black and bougie castmates are back together.

The DJ is opening up (again) and showing her vulnerability for another (fun) summer at the vineyard alongside her castmates Jasmin, Preston, Bria, Summer, Alex, Amir, Shanice, Nick, and Noelle.

Source: Kareem Black / Bravo

Below Jordan discusses Summer House: Martha's Vineyard season two and a missing cast member that social media is seeking.

BOSSIP: Congratulations on season two of Summer House: Martha's Vineyard. How are you feeling going into the new season?

I'm feeling good. It's a season of roller coasters for sure, but I feel like ultimately we left the vineyard closer than ever as a group collectively, for sure.

What was it like going online and seeing all the opinions and think pieces about Summer House?

It was weird. I wasn't expecting it. I don't think many of us were expecting it, to be honest. Nick and I were talking about it last night, how we just didn't think about it and we didn't think about how people would really be paying attention. I was getting texts from my aunts from North Carolina. I was like, y'all are watching? I didn't expect that. I don't know why. When I went into it, I was expecting when you post something on Instagram, and sure people see it, but it's not this ongoing grand conversation the way that it was on Twitter every week. So, it was a shock to me.

I think a lot of people have a lot of opinions about moments where you were super vulnerable on camera, we even saw you get emotional and cry. Watching that back, what was it like seeing yourself be so emotional on camera?

Yeah. My one thing going into this experience was I have to keep it 1000% me, and that's exactly what I did. So those moments happened, that's really what happened. People who got it, got it. People who didn't, didn't. You can't be for everybody. So of course those moments happen again this past summer because living with 10 other people and y'all are going out and having a time and emotions are high every day, all day. Yeah, we're all bound to have a little breakthrough. I'm not going to say breakdown anymore; [it was a ] breakthrough.

Breakthrough, I like that better.

Yes. So, during this time, I was especially dealing with a lot, my hair was falling out really bad from my alopecia. So you definitely hear me have those conversations and get emotional and vulnerable about that.

Source: Noam Galai / Bravo

Absolutely. Now, you said that you guys grew closer after season one, so I want to talk about the friendship dynamics going into season two. Who did you grow closest with after filming?

Preston, I would say. Even throughout filming, we got a lot closer. We shared a bathroom and a room in a way. So we developed into what we call hubby and wifey- relationship. Yes. Then Summer and I had been friends before, but obviously she lived in LA, I lived in New York, so we weren't able to spend as much time together until we went to the vineyard.

So I think one thing viewers will see is that you and Jasmine weren't as close as you were before. Talk to me about how y'all's relationship shifted and what contributed to that.

Well, I think Jasmine was going through a lot of life changes. She had just gotten married, her husband was preparing to be deployed, she's coming into the house, we're all together. So I think it was a lot happening at once for her. I think in that relationship, she wanted that for everybody else, and sometimes it was superseding how much we wanted that relationship at that time. So I think that really changed our dynamic. I don't know that I knew how to really get to the bottom of that. So I think we just went through a rough patch.

Source: Stephanie Diani / Bravo

Now this cast is mostly the same, but some faces are missing including Mariah's. Many people have been wondering if Mariah was going to come back or pop up, what do you think about those fan comments about missing Mariah?

Mariah wasn't there the whole time, but she might pop up. You might see some familiar faces...

So people can calm down with the "justice for Mariah" hashtags...

I also want people to really think that through a little bit deeper. Because it's not an editing thing, but it's just realistically, we are there for 17 days filming nonstop. There are so many things that cannot make air simply just from math. You know what I mean? It has nothing to do with production. It has nothing to do with anything. So I just want people to understand that the full story can never be fully there because we just don't have time to tell it. We love Mariah, period! She was there last night [at the premiere party] twerking some.

Looking back and comparing filming season one and filming season two, which experience was your favorite? Were you more turnt this season or were you more turnt first season?

I was definitely more turnt this season for sure. I was a more chill the first season. Going into the first time, you don't know what to expect. You don't know how people are going to act in front of the camera. So I think that was weird the first time around. This time, definitely, we had some great parties. The house was amazing, the pool was amazing...

The house is everything!

The vibe, girl. The house-I can't lie to you. So yeah, I think y'all will see us have a little bit more turn up and I can't wait for you to see some of my themed parties that I had.

Let us know what else you're working on. I know you're working on alopecia awareness and also a podcast.

Yes. So I am a part of an organization called Women with Voices, and my specific initiatives are coping mechanisms rather, and sexual education and liberation. So obviously with mental health, stress is a huge factor in alopecia. So I definitely wanted to represent and be a part of that community and be a support system for people who also are on that journey like myself. I do have a podcast, it's called Amplify. I DJ, so I love talking about music with people. To me, it's a common thread amongst anybody from any background, anywhere. Then you can watch out for my swim line coming out, 844SWIM. I [also] love potatoes, so I have a little potato brand coming out, so keep your eyes peeled. Pun intended; peeled for that.

That is so funny, I love that. Where can we find you, Jordan?

On Instagram I am @Jordy_Jor, same with TikTok. Then Twitter, it's @ JordyJor.

We're looking forward to seeing more of this season. Episode one was fire...

Yes! I can't wait for you to see episode six especially, and you'll know why.

Marcus Jordan Alleges Ex-Lover Larsa Pippen Is 'Rewriting History' For 'Clout' Following Breakup-'Th
BravoCon 2023

Larsa & Marcus - Source: MEGA / Getty

Just days after Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen's breakup, things are already getting amid Michael Jordan's son accusing the housewife of "clout chasing."

In February the two seemed to be back on great terms and celebrated their union on Valentine's Day. While the public mocked their relationship and their 16-year age gap, they stood tall and assured us they were hearing wedding bells.

Shortly thereafter, however, the couple split for good.

Source: Mindy Small / Getty

According to PageSix, the split is getting messy as Marcus is alleging that Larsa is "rewriting" the history of their romance for attention.

"I wasn't born last night. Rewriting history for clout is not cute," Marcus, 33, wrote in a since-deleted Instagram Story.

"Funny how ppl change, just to be part of a conversation that's irrelevant. Why give shorty a heart, when she rather have press. Ooooohhh thats that nerve, lol."

Marcus is seemingly calling out Larsa on IG. This man loves the mess ?? #RHOM pic.twitter.com/JHNycMBV6b

— Queens of Bravo (@queensofbravo) March 27, 2024

Marcus' post seemingly responds to Larsa's appearance on Amy Robach and T.J. Homes podcast where she reveals that he "just wasn't the guy" for her. Larsa is seemingly embracing being single again and using the breakup to her advantage. We know this isn't very comforting for Marcus, but the game is the game.

If Larsa is indeed clout-chasing, people like sports analyst Stephen A. Smith wouldn't be surprised.

Watch him offer words of wisdom to Marcus Jordan about Larsa Pippen below.

Beyoncé Unveils 'Cowboy Carter' Tracklist Ahead Of Tomorrow's Release, Hints At Dolly Parton & Willi

Beyoncé has finally revealed the tracklist for Cowboy Carter, though there's still a lot of mystery surrounding its lineup.

Source: Kevin Mazur / Getty

From the moment Bey announced her 2022 album Renaissance, she made it clear that it was a multi-act project. Now, two years after the release of Act I, we're finally just one day away from Act II dropping.

In preparation for Cowboy Carter's release tomorrow at midnight, the 32-time Grammy winner posted a graphic unveiling the tracklist for the project. Songs named in the graphic include the already-released singles "TEXAS HOLD 'EM" and "16 CARRIAGES" along with new titles like "LEVII'S JEANS," "MY ROSE," BODYGUARD," and "YA YA."

"JOLENE" is also on the tracklist along with "DOLLY P" being named on the graphic. Dolly Parton previously mentioned that Beyoncé reached out about clearing her iconic track for the album, though it's unclear if the country music legend will appear on the track with her.

There's also a mention of "SMOKE HOUR WILLIE NELSON" on the tracklist, but it's not immediately clear if he will be featured on a song, either.

When Beyoncé revealed the album cover for Cowboy Carter, she alluded to the big names that would appear on the project.

"I have a few surprises on the album, and have collaborated with some brilliant artists who I deeply respect," she wrote in her caption at the time. "I hope that you can hear my heart and soul, and all the love and passion that I poured into every detail and every sound."

She also mentioned that this album has been "five years in the making," proving that there's nobody better than her at keeping surprises.

While this tracklist is a good teaser of what's to come, it looks like we'll have to wait until tomorrow at midnight to find out who's really featured on the album.
