1 injured in shooting at Greenwood apartment complex

GREENWOOD, Ind. - A person was injured in a shooting at a Greenwood apartment complex on Saturday.




A spokesperson for the Greenwood Police Department confirmed the shooting occurred at Polo Run Apartments, which is located off of Fry Road near U.S. Highway 31. GPD did not disclose the exact time the shooting happened on Saturday.




Police reported that the victim who was injured in the shooting is currently in stable condition at an Indianapolis hospital.

GPD indicated that its detectives are still actively investigating the shooting. Police have not formally arrested any suspects at this point in their investigation of the shooting.
