1 killed in east side near northwest side crash

INDIANAPOLIS - An investigation is underway after at least one person died in a crash on Indy's near northwest side Sunday morning.




According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, just after 3:30 a.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of Cold Spring Road on the report of a crash.




When officers arrived, they found one person inside of a car. An officer at the scene confirmed they died from their injuries.




No additional details were provided. The incident remains under investigation.
