1 killed in two-car crash in downtown Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS - An investigation is underway after at least one person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in downtown Indianapolis Saturday morning.




According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, just before 3 a.m., officers were called to the intersection of N. East Street & E. Ohio Street on the report of a personal injury accident.




Investigators confirmed two vehicles were involved in the crash and at least one person died from their injuries.




No additional details were released. The incident remains under investigation.
