HAMILTON COUNTY, Ind. -- All it took was a measly $12 million and five days on the market: A sale is now officially pending for the home of late Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay.
The 9.4-acre estate based in Carmel was listed for $12 million on July 30 by Century 21 Scheetz agents Jan Sutton and Steve Decatur. The listing now indicates that a sale is pending after being available for just five days.
Previous reporting shows that the home, which was originally constructed in 1996, features six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a stone exterior, a covered patio and much more. The main residence, situated near the Crooked Stick Golf Club, boasts an impressive 25,843 square feet and is located near two guest homes on the property.

Other amenities that can be found inside the residence include seven fireplaces, a nanny's quarters with a kitchen, a breakfast bar, built-in bookshelves, cathedral ceilings, an elevator, a sauna, an indoor pool, a whirlpool tub and a wet bar.
Outside of the home, visitors can find a zen garden, tennis court, outdoor pool, children's play area, private par 3 golf course and a garage that can store six cars.
Irsay died in May at the age of 65.
