WARREN COUNTY, Ind. - Two people are dead in Warren County after one motorcycle crashed into another.
According to the Indiana State Police, on Saturday, around 3:45 p.m., police responded to a two-motorcycle crash on State Road 63 and Baltimore Hill Road. The crash resulted in two people dying.
After a preliminary investigation, ISP determined that both motorcycles were traveling northbound on SR 63 approaching Baltimore Hill Road when the lead motorcycle slowed down to turn left.
As they turned, the rear motorcycle reportedly struck them from behind, causing both riders to be flown from their motorcycles.
The rider of the lead motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner; the second rider was transported to the Williamsport Hospital before being pronounced dead.
The coroner will announce the victims' names at a later time.
This crash remains an active investigation and no further information is available at this time.
