A person is dead after being struck on US 31 South

GREENWOOD, Ind.-- A person is dead following a crash on US 31 southbound.




Sunday, at approximately 1:41 a.m., the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to a report of a person struck by a car. Officers arrived on scene at the 8800 block of US 31 South and located the fatal crash.




At this time, it is unknown if there are any road delays. The IMPD fatal crash team is investigating.
