Harry Styles' Comeback Single, "Aperture," Debuts At No. 1 On Billboard Hot 100 Chart

Harry Styles' new single, "Aperture," debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking his third career chart-topper and second to debut in the top spot. The 32-year-old former One Direction singer previously reached No. 1 with "As It Was" in April 2022, which held the position for 15 weeks, and "Watermelon Sugar" in August 2020. "Aperture" serves as the lead single from Styles' upcoming fourth solo album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, set for release on March 6. In its first week, the track generated 18.2 million streams, 27.1 million radio audience impressions, and sold 4,000 copies in the United States. The track also topped the Streaming Songs chart and reached No. 19 on Radio Songs. "Aperture" becomes the second Hot 100 No. 1 debut of 2026, dethroning Bruno Mars' "I Just Might" after its two-week run at the top, which drops five spots to No. 6 this week.

Other notable moves in the Top 10 include Ella Langley's "Choosin' Texas" rising one slot to claim a new Hot 100 peak of No. 2, while also topping the Hot Country Songs chart for a 10th week. "Man I Need," from the newly crowned Best New Artist Grammy Award winner Olivia Dean, drops one spot to No. 3 on the Hot 100, while becoming the most-heard song on radio by climbing one place to No. 1 on the Radio Songs chart, her first time topping that tally. The track simultaneously climbed two spots to also reach No. 1 on Adult Pop Airplay, becoming Dean's first leader on that chart as well. The Top 10 is rounded out by HUNTR/X's Grammy-winning "Golden" sticking at No. 4, followed by Taylor Swift's "The Fate of Ophelia" falling two slots to No. 5, while Alex Warren's "Ordinary" dropped two places to No. 7, sombr's "Back to Friends" drops one spot to No. 8, Kehlani's multiple Grammy-winning "Folded" slides one place to No. 9, and Swift's "Opalite" stays at No. 10.
