Jessie J was hospitalized in Hangzhou, China after hitting her head on a car roof during her No Secrets tour. The 37-year-old singer documented the incident on Instagram, showing herself getting into a black minivan before footage cut to her undergoing a brain scan at the hospital. "Hit my head," she captioned the post. "I should of minded squashing in the back." Despite the injury, Jessie continued with rehearsals and her scheduled concert performance. "I thought I'd broken my neck but I haven't. But I have really hurt my neck and my back," she explained in the video. The "Domino" singer said she took painkillers to push through the show. Fans praised her professionalism in the comments. This health scare follows Jessie's breast cancer diagnosis last June, for which she underwent surgery and had to reschedule tour dates.
