Joey Fatone Dismisses NSYNC 30th Anniversary Reunion Plans

Joey Fatone says an *NSYNC reunion tour for their 30th anniversary in 2027 is unlikely. While promoting his docuseries Boy Band Confidential, Fatone told ET: "Do I see anything in the near future? No I don't." He confirmed all five members recently held a Zoom call but said they concluded there are no immediate plans. Fatone explained some bandmates have young children while others may not be interested, noting "I can only speak for myself." He expressed concerns about recapturing their chemistry after 20 years apart, saying "we also have the doubt of, 'what happens if this sucks?'" The group formed in 1995 and went on hiatus in 2002 after releasing four albums and scoring hits like "It's Gonna Be Me" and "Bye Bye Bye." Fatone concluded "I'm ready to go! So whenever you guys are ready."
