Noah Kahan Announces Fourth Studio Album, 'The Great Divide,' Set For April Release

On Wednesday (Jan. 28), Noah Kahan revealed that his fourth studio album, The Great Divide, will be released on April 24. This project serves as the long-awaited follow-up to his acclaimed 2022 record, Stick Season, which earned him a Best New Artist Grammy nomination in 2024. Kahan wrote and recorded the album across multiple locations including Nashville, Guilford, Vermont, upstate New York, and on a farm in Only, Tennessee. "The songs are the words I would say if I could. They are the fears I dance with in the moments before I drift off to sleep," Kahan shared on Instagram. The title track drops Friday (Jan. 30), after getting a live debut at Fenway Park in 2024. "The music here is my best attempt to delve deeper into the people, places, and feelings that have made me who I am," Kahan continued, while adding, "I am grateful for all of it, for all of you, for listening to them, if you choose to do so."
