Olivia Rodrigo is preparing to announce her third album, revealing project details in a British Vogue interview. The pop star was "70% done" recording when interviewed last fall, with two or three songs remaining. She described the album as having "London vibes" due to recording there and drawing from her experiences with British actor boyfriend Louis Partridge. Rodrigo called it a "creative challenge" writing from a "joyful place" while still creating "sad love songs" about romance's obsession and anxiety.
