Ashley Anne & Grace Tyler Turn "Please Please Please" Into A Tender Country Confession

Two of Nashville's rising voices, Ashley Anne and Grace Tyler, are joining forces for an official release of their duet cover of Sabrina Carpenter's "Please Please Please." First introduced through a social series and quickly embraced by fans across socials, the performance now arrives on streaming platforms as a whole track, slowing the song down, leaning into its emotional core, and spotlighting the duo's effortless harmony and country-leaning chemistry.

Written by Carpenter, Jack Antonoff, and Amy Allen, both Anne and Tyler's vocal blend transforms "Please Please Please" into a slower, more intimate take that hits the heart of the song. Stripping away some of the pop bite and urgency, they let the melody breathe, creating space for every line to land with more weight. Their voices move together effortlessly, trading phrases, echoing one another, then folding into soft, steady harmonies that make the plea feel even more personal.

That slower pacing pulls the emotion to the surface, highlighting the vulnerability beneath the original's sparkle. It's tender, raw, and beautifully restrained, showing how powerful this song can be when it's delivered straight from the core. The collaboration first sparked through the 615 House and Ariat "Can You Make It Country" series and quickly grew into something fans demanded to hear again and again.

"'Please Please Please' came together when the 615 House asked me to record a song for their 'Can You Make It Country' series. The first person I thought of to join me was Ashley! I mentioned to her that I wanted to put a country spin on a Sabrina Carpenter song, and she suggested this one. When the video came out, we were so excited about the response it got that it only felt right to officially release it together. Creating this song with one of my best friends and favorite artists in town has been such a fun and special experience," shares Grace Tyler.

"'Please Please Please' is a song I've been covering on the road for about a year now. The girls in the audience love it. The whole idea of releasing it as a duet, let alone releasing it, started when Grace asked me to do a 'Can It Country?' with Ariat and 615 House. i told her 'please please please' was my favorite pop song to cover. We did the video, and got so much great feedback on the video that we decided to release our version of it. i think our version creates a new life for this song. Putting out this song acts as an easter egg for where new Ashley Anne music is heading in the new year," says Ashley Anne.

After a string of viral videos and steadily building momentum, Ashley Anne is proving herself as one of country music's most honest and compelling new storytellers. She released her debut EP, dear dolly, in January 2024, followed by her sophomore project, call me when you land, in November 2024, and earned early acclaim for her duet "Fence" with Eli Winders - praised for its "tender harmonies and vivid storytelling." (All Country News). A magnetic live performer, Ashley has shared stages with Avery Anna, Charles Wesley Godwin, Tigirlily Gold, and Josh Turner, and appeared at CMA Fest in 2024 and 2025, including a spotlight set at Spotify House on the Fresh Finds Stage. Named an Artist to Watch by outlets including Holler and Sweety High and recognized as part of Spotify's Fresh Finds Class of 2024, she continues to emerge as one of country's most authentic rising voices.

Grace Tyler is one of Nashville's freshest new voices, pairing deep traditional country roots with a modern edge and a storyteller's touch. A Frisco, TX native raised on Dolly Parton, George Strait, and later inspired by Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood, Tyler grew up on the Texas Country/Red Dirt circuit before planting roots in Music City. She first broke through with her viral breakup hit "My Mistake," which has surpassed 4.8 million streams, and has since earned significant platform support. Known for a magnetic live presence, she has shared stages with artists like Lee Brice, Parker McCollum, Martina McBride, Scotty McCreery, and more, and has collaborated in the studio with Brice on fan favorites including "Bad Boy" and "Cowboys & Tequila." Tyler continues her momentum with her debut EP Everything I Didn't Say (released March 14, 2025), featuring singles like "I Hope You Have a Daughter," and recently released her latest single "Call Me."

Already praised for their individual artistry and magnetic live presence, Ashley Anne and Grace Tyler bring an easy chemistry and shared storytelling instinct to this release. Their version of "Please Please Please" underscores the strength of Nashville's new wave of female voices, fearless about genre lines, and focused on emotional truth at the center of every song.
