Ella Langley Announces New Album, 'Dandelion,' Set To Be Released In April

Ella Langley took to Instagram on Tuesday (Jan. 27) to announce that her highly-anticipated sophomore album, Dandelion, will be released on April 10 through SAWGOD/Columbia Records, following her successful 2024 debut, hungover. The project's title track drops on Friday (Jan. 30), written by Langley, JoyBeth Taylor, Austin Goodloe, and Brett Tyler. Langley executive produced the album with Miranda Lambert and Ben West, while Lambert also co-wrote the current Top 5 Billboard Hot 100 crossover hit, "Choosin' Texas," with Langley, Luke Dick and Taylor. "I've never poured more of myself into a project," Langley said. "This record has so much growth in it." The four-time CMA Award-winner explained the album title connects to her previous work, noting "I learned that dandelion tea is actually a natural detox for the liver. So a record called Dandelion after a record called hungover made all the sense in the world to me."
