Janelle Arthur drops her inhibitions and bares her heart with her solo written and produced "Who You Ask." A personal and honest concession, this song exposes Arthur's complete transparency and vulnerability as she acknowledges the struggle of conflicting opinions that we all receive. She addresses the noise that can drown out our inner voice instead of recognizing the declaration and affirmation of who we were created to be.

Janelle comments, "'Who You Ask' is my internal dialogue on paper. This song wasn't written for a project or in a scheduled writing session with co-writers. It was created over time. In the car. In the shower. Heck, even in my sleep as I processed. I also gave myself permission to let go of the pressure to craft it in a way that was 'right' by industry standards. I needed that. I didn't overthink it. That's the whole point. It is what it is. I am who I am. And who is that? Well... it just depends on who you ask."
