Shania Twain To Host 61st ACM Awards For First Time In Las Vegas

Shania Twain will host the 61st ACM Awards for the first time on May 17th at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. "I'm thrilled to be hosting the 61st ACM Awards in Las Vegas, a place that feels like home," Twain said. The show will stream live on Prime Video, Amazon Music app and Amazon Music's Twitch channel. Megan Moroney leads nominations with nine nods, followed by Miranda Lambert with eight. Performers include Lainey Wilson, Lambert, Kacey Musgraves, Cody Johnson, Riley Green and Little Big Town. ACM CEO Damon Whiteside called Twain "a perfect icon" following previous hosts Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks and Reba McEntire.
