Docs: Man caught with pants down with 5-year-old

MUNCIE, Ind. - A man was arrested after allegedly being caught with his pants down with a 5-year-old victim, court documents reveal.




Brent Billings, 54, was arrested on preliminary charges of:

• Two counts of Child Molest, a Level 1 Felony





• Two counts of Child Molestation (Fondling), a Level 4 Felony

Court documents said that Muncie Police Department were dispatched on Monday at approximately 5:49 a.m. to the 1200 block of Macedonia where Billings had allegedly barricaded inside while threatening to shoot and kill himself.




Billings was reportedly caught with his pants down while lying with a child, whose pants were also down. A witness told police they asked what Billings was doing and the suspect allegedly replied, "I guess I'm going to jail."




The suspect was later questioned by police in which he allegedly said, "I've been accused of this before and I didn't do it."




At this time, charges have not yet been filed in this case. The Delaware County Prosecutor's Office makes final charging decisions.
