- Intimidation, a Level 5 Felony
The Muncie Police Department was dispatched to the 2000 block of N Milton Avenue on Wednesday at approximately 10:04 p.m. on a report of a battery. Upon the officers arrival, the victims were being loaded into an ambulance and the officer followed.
While at the hospital, the police interviewed the victims who said that the man ran up to them and said, "You are believing lies." He struck the man over and over again in his face, mouth, and pacemaker.
The boy, through his tears, fought the man off of his uncle even while Metcalf allegedly threatened to kill them.

Metcalf was transported to the Delaware County Jail.
