
TIPTON COUNTY, Ind. - An Elwood home was burned by roaring flames early Saturday morning, according to the Wildcat Township Fire-Rescue EMS.
Multiple fire departments were dispatched to the block of 6500 E 450 S on a report of a possible residence fire.
Upon arrival, responders were met with heavy fire and smoke from a distance, and requested additional assistance. The home was fully engulfed in flames.
No injuries were reported. The residents of the home were out of town.
In total, nine emergency crews responded to the scene.
