Fever's Kelsey Mitchell now holds franchise 3-point record

INDIANAPOLIS - In a game against the New York Liberty, Kelsey Mitchell of the Fever is making history.




The 29-year-old guard has just passed WNBA champion and Hall of Famer Tamika Catchings to become the sole leader in franchise threes.




Mitchell became the leader in Fever 3-pointers made as she drilled her second of the game. She has shot 37.8% from three in her career.




Mitchell will join her teammates Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston for the WNBA All-Star game on Saturday at 8:30 p.m.
