
INDIANAPOLIS - Three people were shot on the east side of Indianapolis Tuesday night.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the 3300 block of North Denny Street around 10:11 p.m. to investigate a shooting. When police arrived at the scene, they located two individuals with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds.

In a subsequent update on the incident, IMPD indicated that its officers found a third victim with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds while they were conducting their investigation in the 3300 block of North Denny Street.
IMPD officers at the scene told FOX59/CBS4 that all three of the shooting victims they found on Denny Street are currently in critical condition. Police also found different types of shell casings on the ground while examining the scene.
Officers have also confirmed that all of the individuals they found injured on Denny Street are adults. It is currently unclear if IMPD has identified or apprehended any suspects or persons of interest at this point in their investigation of the shooting.
