IMPD: Person shot, critical on Indy's east side

INDIANAPOLIS - A person is in critical condition following a shooting that took place on Indianapolis's east side Thursday night.




Officers were called around 10:01 p.m. to the 900 block of North Gladstone Avenue, according to Indianapolis metro police. When police arrived, they reportedly found a victim with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.




That person was reported to be in critical condition, per IMPD.




The conditions leading up to the shooting were not provided. IMPD did not state any potential suspect information.
