INDIANAPOLIS - Two people are in critical condition after a shooting on the city's near southeast side Friday afternoon.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the shooting occurred shortly before 3:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of E. Raymond Street, only a few blocks from the I-65 exit.
IMPD said officers arriving on scene discovered both a male and female victim suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
At this time, no further information has been released as the investigation remains active and ongoing.
