INDIANAPOLIS -- A 15-year-old was arrested after a reported non-fatal shooting on the northeast side of Indianapolis that occurred in early June.

According to officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 4400 block of N Elizabeth Street at around 12:40 a.m. on June 5 to investigate a shooting.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found that an 18-year-old woman had been shot. The woman was transported at the time to an area hospital in critical condition.

As detectives with IMPD's aggravated assault unit conducted an investigation, a 15-year-old was reportedly identified as a potential suspect. The teen was arrested on Monday, officials said. During a search of the teen's home, IMPD reportedly recovered four firearms.

IMPD officials said the 15-year-old was preliminarily charged with:
